Hi, does anyone know what this message means?, System Process isn't responding, how do I fix this, im new in the technology department.

Welcome to Android Central! Something crashed. Are you able to clear that error message and keep using the device? If not, try a reboot. If the error message keeps recurring, there might be an app you installed that is causing issues. Try uninstalling the most recently installed apps and see if the problem persists.
