When listening to youtube music on chrome, or firefox, picking up my phone often stops the music. is there a way i can keep it playing while exercising. If i have it in my pocket and take it out it shuts off the browser and i have to relocate the music. Is there a way to lock the music on until I want to stop it?

Listening to music on YouTube via a browser usually doesn't tell the system to stay awake -- so if you don't interact with the phone for a given amount of time, the phone will go to sleep. The YouTube app shouldn't do this, though -- can you listen to the music through the app?
