Android Central Question

I went into AT&t wanting to purchase Samsung Galaxy A52 or 53. The sales person led me to believe that was what she was selling to me. When I got home the box said A32. After walking one hour, standing in store for an hour (cane) and walking back home total 3 hrs too exhausted to repeat journey.

I went back to store asking why cell only rings 3x? They said many people complain about that it cannot be fixed. Cell would not accept data input codes. I was advised to buy another cell phone. I usually only spend $75 here I spent $300 for the wrong and flawed phone. What can I do? Thank you for your patience, Colleen

Welcome to Android Central! First, did they charge you for an A52? Is that what's on the invoice? Or does the invoice say A32?

Instead of going to the store (which often doesn't have very technically minded people -- they're just sales), contact AT&T support by phone: www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1009168/

By the way, I have a Galaxy A32 5G from T-Mobile as a backup phone, and it's actually quite good, especially considering the price. Give it a little more time.
