Samsung Galaxy Camera Battery Issue

Hello folks!

I bought an extra battery for my Samsung Galaxy Camera but when i put it in i get this error image.



Anyone one Know Why?

Welcome to Android Central! Has the battery been fully charged?

No i just put it in and it show me that image. I can't turn it on or anything. It just sits there with that icon image on the screen.

But has the battery been charged? Keep the battery in and plug your camera into a wall socket. If your camera came with a battery charger, then put the battery in there and plug it in . Let it charge for at least 24 hrs.
