Samsung Galaxy Grand having problems everytime

[AC Question]

Everytime I turn off my phone and restart, the safe mode will appear on my phone. Eventhough I restart again, it still appears on my phonescreen. I really need help!!!

Welcome to Android Central, and sorry for the wait! Try removing the battery for about a minute, then put it back in and restart. If that doesn't help, try removing the microSD card and rebooting again--maybe the card has become corrupted.
