Hi, I got this phone this morning, I backed up all my files from my old phone on my mac last night, using the Android File Transfer App, I plugged in the new phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime) using the usb cable so the phone automatically sets as MTP format, the Android File transfer kicks in and starts up then I get a message saying:
COULD NOT CONNECT TO DEVICE
Try reconnecting or restating your device.
Every time I do this that message comes up, I restart the phone and the computer and nothing same issue every time, any body has an idea on how can I solve this problem?? Thanks!!
