Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime DUOS audio start with pop & fizz noise

Just got the new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime DUOS. Often times when audio starts with pop & fizz noise.
For example, when play a mp3 music or video or phone call, the audio starts with pop & fizz noise. The noise sound like sand paper rubbing inflated balloon. Quite annoying.
This noise only happens at the start of audio track.
Do you think this is speaker hardware or software problem? Anyway to identify and solve this problem?

Yes, no pop sound comes from headphones.
Pop sound always comes from speaker.

This pop always at the beginning of starting of audio, either phone call, or music or video and start of boot flash screen. Quite annoying.
The pop noise only comes at the starting of audio. Subsequent playing of music did not have pop noise. After 10 minutes of no more audio later, the next first audio sound will have pop noise.

Likely speaker hardware? Anyone out there has same problem? Anyway to fix it? Thank you.
