Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime Outgoing Calls Cutoff

[Android Central Question]

I have had multiple problems making outgoing phone calls. I believe most of my problems are solved except that every time I make an outgoing phone call a connection is made, I hear it ring once, then I hear a different tone, like a variation of a busy signal but longer. This happens twice then the call is ended. Every time I have done this I get a call back from the person I was calling. So the call goes through but I am disconnected.
I figure I must have changed some setting while trying to fix my other problems. Does anyone have any ideas on what may help me?
