Brand new Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx and when I open the Amazon Music App, it identifies my credentials from the main Amazon app but tells me I need to install a critical update before using.
I do.
Upon opening it just stays on a spinning circle loading screen.
I've tried:
- Installing the new software / firmware on the phone
- Clearing app cache
- Uninstalling / re-installing the update (can't do the app as it's a factory install)
- Updating all the amazon apps
- restarting the phone
Any insight on how I can fix this?
