Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (T-Mobile) BSoD HELP!!!

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. That decided to enter into BSoD during an incoming call the other day. Phone is completely dark. I believe it's powering up with a short vibration. Pulled battery, no change. No lights come on. No Samsung icon.. just black. Tried soft reset. Tried Hard reset. Volume key works and gives audible tones indicating volume increasing or decreasing. Have taken SD card out.. . Basically I've done everything. But just want to double-check solutions. Anyone? I'm super frustrated. Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone makes sounds and vibrations (e.g., if it rings when somebody calls it), then the screen has probably failed, and would have to be replaced. If the phone is still under warranty, contact Samsung.
