Samsung Galaxy K Zoom camera problem. Please help!

Hello everyone,

My Samsung Galaxy K Zoom has recently developed an awful problem.

It is about the main camera.

I have maintained it well during 4 years of ownership but recently there is a nasty black line in all the pictures and videos I take. It is a curvy line.

I examined the lens carefully and didn't find any sign of scratch or anything. It is shiny and clean.

Someone told me that it could be a software problem but I reset settings back to factory default and the problem is still there.

What could be the problem? It is really disappointing to have this black line in all my pictures.

As you should be seeing when you read your own post, it's a brown line.

Regardless, it could be a defect on the sensor. (Since it's only in one camera, it's unlikely to be software, at any rate.) Since no one tears cellphone cameras down to repair them, you'll probably have to have the camera module replaced.
