Samsung Galaxy Light died during an update

[AC Question]

When I turn the phone it gets stuck on the T-mobile 4g lte screen. I have tried holding down the power + volume down + home buttons to go to the download screen and continued with the download. I left the phone plugged into the wall and on the downloading screen overnight and still no change it is still downloading. any help would be appreciated

I read an article this morning about T-Mob's system being down, not sure of the location though. As a bad update can brick the phone, I would make sure its charged and take it to a T-Mob store and see if they can help.
