Samsung Galaxy M30 Strange Adaptor Charging Problem

[Android Central Question]

My phone was working fine. But today when I tried to charge using the adapter which came with it, it was not charging. I connected the cable to laptop, it was charging. I charged another mobile (redmi note7 pro) to same adapter with same cable, the chinese mobile was charging fine. I connected my galaxy m30 mobile to redmi charger, it was charging. I also tried to connect micro usb cable to another mobile it was charging fine. But when I connect my galaxy M30 to my company adapter, it won't charge. I enabled developer mode, enabled /disabled usb debug, tried factory reset etc. But it does not charge. what may be the problem.

Also note that even after enabling defualt usb mode to file transfer, my laptop does not detect it, just charges.

hey i am also getting this error can you help me please i am getting frausted with this and i had already reset my device m30 for this nonsense i this i can get rid of this by reset but nothing happen please help me...

Welcome to Android Central! What have you tried so far besides resetting it? Have you already tried different charging cables and plugs?

Welcome to Android Central! You've already tried what was suggested in this thread, like different cables? Did you also make sure the phone's USB port is clear of any debris?
