samsung galaxy nexus

[AC Question]

hello, i have a samsung galaxy nexus.. i was over in england this past summer. I fell and broke the screen.. the problem is, it doesn't turn on, and it doesnt say the device is recognized when i plug it into the computer.. i need help asap, i really need these pictures :/ they are all i have. if anyone has any advice that would be great, thanks!!!!!

If the device isn't being recognized by your computer there really isn't much you can do. Only thought I have is getting the screen repaired but on a device of that age you have to consider your options if the expense is worth the value of obtaining your pictures. I'm sure the cost for a replacement screen & possibly digitizer is minimal on an older device so it might be worth it. Once the screen is repaired and you can boot up then you can properly enable USB and connect/transfer your photos.
