Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet Unboxing & Review

I like that you mention it's filmed with your S3. Samsung makes some amazing devices and the quality of the video was great. Hopefully I can leap onto the S3 bandwagon this week or next!

Good job, jcp! But, wow, you are a home screen minimalist. Only 2? I use all I can. Mind you, I can never remember where I put what (I have my news and politics on one screen, enterntainment on another, and so on), but.....

If you longpress on a browser bookmark, you bring up bookmark options such making a bookmark your homepage.

If you are in split-screen mode, by choosing the split-screen icon, you can also switch the other apps that are available in this mode. This is on addition to using the S Pen to manually switch them. Hopefully, JB will make more apps available and make the app tray with the calculator more customizable.

Belkin leather folder from Best Buy although I would have preferred to have an OB Defender case but OB hasn't released one even though the iPad never has to worry about not having one when it is released.

Just want everyone to know that I sold my Maxx this past week and bought the S3 (used) for the same price I sold my Maxx!! I know this isn't the S3 forum, but I love having the phone to go with my Note 10.1. VERY impressed with Samsung's current direction

I just made the error of buying the 10.1 - my advice is don't make my mistake. The platform is clumsy and slow. Accessing external data (SD) is so cumbersome it's not funny and the S Note would be cool if it actually worked (it doesn't - impossible to import PDFs, and exporting, saving, and importing is as clumsy as heck)

Hey, skyerosebud - I sense you have an agenda on this board. Just a sneaking feeling. ;)

I just made the error of reading your post. My advice, is don't make my mistake.

If you want to stir the pot just to pass time, choose a device that has some negative experiences for the users. Don't try it on a device that probably has a 98% satisfaction rate.

One reason I left the Ipad community. LOL. People like that. I would voice some criticism of the Ipad on that forum occasionally, but nothing to provoke people. I would just get frustrated with what I couldn't do and then someone would help me. The problem was, not that many APPLE forum members would offer to help. Very unlike this forum, which has helped me since first getting my Droid X a couple years ago and was new to Android.
