Samsung galaxy note 2 update bias lies.

I have the note 2 running on android 4.3, yesterday I updated it via pc kies but nothing changed I'm still on 4.3, I restarted it and performed a factory reset and still 4.3.

Are you trying to update to Kit Kat? That should already be out for the Note 2. Have you checked for an OTA on your phone?
