Samsung galaxy note 2 won't turn on

My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was working 2 days ago but now it has shut off and won't turn on. I have tried the volume,home, and power button solution but it does not work. The phone does not have any notification lights. The phone just displays a black screen when I try to power it on. And no I can not access the boot screen.

When you try to power it on, do you feel it vibrate or hear any sounds? If so, then the screen has failed, and needs to be replaced. If nothing happens at all, try pressing and holding Power for at least 10-15 seconds.

No, I do not feel any vibrations or any sounds.

When you inserted the new battery, did you charge it up on a wall outlet for at least 4 hours, undisturbed, before trying to power on?

If so, then did you press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds?

If it still doesn't power on, then it could be a problem with the Power button or the motherboard, and you'd have to bring it to a repair shop.
