I just got my Atnt Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on October 4th..
Just last I night I powered it all the way down and after about 2hrs I powered it back up. It was stuck in a bootloop ! It would go to the home screen and then just restart all over again.
I was going to take it back but I researched online/youtube. It said if you do a factory reset it more than likely would solve the problem.
This is how I did it :
Hold the power>menu>Volume Up all at the same time. (The Samsung screen will pop up )
You will see the option to factory reset second from the bottom. (** Once you do this it erases everything! ** )
From what I read- this does happen to some new Samsung devices.
So far this fix has solved the bootloop problem. I just hope it doesn't happen again !
I'm just glad I read the internet before going thru the hassle of returning/switching the device!
I hope this will help someone with the same problem !
