Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - Restart problem

I'm having a problem with my note 3. Every now and then, especially over night the phone will restart. I know this as I have simlock enabled.

It's driving me mad as obviously I lose phone signal until I've put the simlock code in.

Any ideas?

I've had it happen once, but I wasn't 100% sure if I accidentally did it or not (was carrying the phone in one hand with while grasping other stuff). I haven't seen it happen since that I know of, but continue to monitor it.

I'm also having the same problem specifically after updating to 4.4.2 and the battery backup has gone down considerably.
