That happens to me everytime. Because of my battery "issues", I disabled the percentage reading. I don't worry about it anymore.

I've noticed that on a reboot, the percentage changes downward slightly. My Note 2 did the exact opposite and was up a percent or two after rebooting.

I think the consensus will be that it's normal. I wouldn't worry.

I disable it too but recently bought the Battery Widget Reborn. This is the problem I guess I'll have to ignore it. LOL
