Hmm nothing happened when I clicked it on. I don't see "S View" under settings? I looked under display. I wonder if I disabled something in my attempt to get the very best battery life? Would it be a samsung app?

yeah the options are very minimal but you can change them from the s-view window. Hopefully they add more features later on.

My text messages show up on the s view window ( I have the black case), i can read them, cant respond but i can quickly read it and see if I need to respond right away..

Hate that only stock apps (and Google Play Music) work with it. Really wish they still had action memo. And a few more options would be nice. Wondering if functionality will change with Android L.

Yes I love it! Couldn't find it in stock anywhere but best buy.com had it. Shipped & I had it on 2 days

Liked my S View and really wanted to keep using it, but for me, it just became too cumbersome when taking pictures. Didn't want to shoot through the plastic window folded back and taking pictures with the flap hanging down was awkward. I also like using 16:9 ratio and not the square I was limited to if I chose to shoot with the cover closed. Using the heart rate sensor was also awkward. I actually considered cutting a hole in or cutting out the entire plastic window but decided against that. Also needed extra manipulating when using the car mount with the flap open. For now I have it set aside.

erm all music apps Ive tried work with the s view, I use nexmusic as my main music app but just tried bbc radio app and that worked with the s view aswell
I only got the s view as that was all I could get at the time. I did want the s view wallet but its still not available. What I do like about the s view is that it replaces the normal back cover and it feels so much better in the hand.

I wouldn't expect it. I had the Note 3 and the features were even more limited. I was actually impressed with the Note 4 S-View functionality.

I also have the S-View case on my Note 4, however sometimes it shows the text message content and sometimes it shows only that I have a text and I have to open the device and go to the app. I have checked all the settings, but wonder if I have missed something?
