Hi there if your note 4 will not power up try a little bit of wd 40 or similar on the power button it could just be dirt grease from your fingers the power button on mine wasn't working tried a little bit of above wiggle the power button a bit leave for a couple of minutes wipe clean if the above doesn't work try it again and leave for about 5 minutes try it this might just help.
