Not sure but I wouldn't suggest it, it would be a battery killer

Well not everything has to be battery efficient. Some people like those little aesthetic touches.

Yes they do, but live wallpaper is one of the most draining things you can have. Beyond anything else.

I'm sorry, are we talking about motion wallpaper that changes color when you tilt your phone? Or the wallpaper that moves like an animated gifs?

I thought we were speaking of the former, the latter will certainly drain battery.

The wallpaper does have a motion effect option... Makes the icons 3d from the background

Right, that doesn't eat too much battery as it's just really rudimentary image processing.

Now the animated wallpaper on the other hand, that's never worth it.
