Samsung Galaxy Note 8 got dead

I bought a phone named Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from Dubai,UAE and now it is dead so how can I get it repaired in india. Some Indian samsang service centres refused to repair it as it has been
bought from Dubai

I guess that’s one of the disadvantages of buying in one country and using in another.

Welcome to Android Central! Contact Samsung in UAE about sending your phone to them for repair -- but the warranty may no longer be valid, even for UAE, and the cost of shipping the phone there (in addition to the cost of repair) would probably be pretty high. You might be better off bringing the phone to a good local cellphone repair shop and see if they can figure it out.

When you say dead do you mean you let the battery run down to zero?
If so, try and plug it into a usb port on you computer instead of the charger and leave it for 5/6 hours and see if it pops into life and the you can use the normal charger
