Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Not Updating

I am in india my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is not showing Android 10 update at all i have tried all the steps mentioned in your website

I'm in the U.S.

Just updated my wifes note 9 about a week or less ago.
It popped up showing their was a update available..
I got on wifi and let it download and install.

Go into your settings yo software update.
See if there is one available..

Know sometimes it's up to your carrier to release the update.

Which website you referring to? Have you checked smart switch?
