I had installed a StealthGenie Spyware in my GF's GTN 7000 phone. It was working smoothly since last 4-5 months. Suddenly a few days back the call recording files stopped playing any audio. The Call logs are uploaded in the spyware server, along with the call recording files. Once downloaded the files have no sound, when played on VLC media Player or Real Player. Once the Spyware company was notified, they said 'Firmware restrictions" have been set either accidentally or by the mobile service provider as may be a part of their routine services. They have raised their hands, asking to upgrade the OS, as they r saying its a device issue. Can anyone please suggest, how to overcome this problem so that the downloaded files can be audible again. Spyware company does not want to suggest as they claim they are not experts in this.
