Samsung Galaxy Player 3.6 Paired to Phone

I have a Samsung galaxy player 3.6 and I paired to my phone, which is just a basic phone, via bluetooth as a handset to where I can receive calls but not texts. Does anyone know of a way to receive texts on the player that someone has sent to me on my phone, the same way as i receive calls? Also is any way i can have a dialpad to call from my Galaxy player?
