Samsung galaxy s 10.5 SM-T800 will not reboot after factory reset?

[Android Central Question]

My tablet was suddenly shutting down by itself. I tried many solutions and finally the factory reset. The factory wipe screen worked, and after I clicked on re-boot. Sadly it tries, the Samsung Glaxy Tab S logo comes up, but then I get a blank screen. If it is on charge, the battery icon lights up. Can you possibly help? Thanks John.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with mustang7757 -- let it charge undisturbed for at least 6 hours, then try powering on again.

It's possible the battery is failing, which might be why the tablet kept shutting down in the first place.
