Samsung Galaxy S 4 International Version

Has anybody activated the Samung Galaxy S 4 Unlocked International Version. It seems that my phone keeps saying "no service" with an active SIM card installed. How do I fix this problem? NET10 suggested that the SIM Card was locked but this phone only comes in the unlocked version and I verified the the IMEI is good too. So I am not sure what is going on! Any help on getting these up and running in the US!?

Are you sure the phone supports the band your carrier uses? For instance, the "International" version won't work with Mexico's Telcel (or at least not fully), so that might be your issue...

I think its having problems fully working... I replaced the SIM Card and a Voicemail Notification came through and then disappeared when I put the original one in. Im just thinking I need to find the right carrier. It supports GSM but I think the rumor is that AT&T is one of the only networks that the SIM card will activate with the phone but I dont have enough money to go around activating SIM cards like that.
