Samsung Galaxy S coming to Alltel?

A friend of mine the works for the local Alltel store told me that they are supposed to be getting one of the Samsung Galaxy S phones possibly like the vibrant. Has anyone else heard anything like this?

Alltel merged with verizon which in most places is now verizon. And verizon has two the fasinate and the continuum. I have played with the fasinate and it seems to me is the better of the two.

Ya but like in my area Alltel is around till maybe the 3rd quarter. So yeah they might.
