Samsung galaxy S2 - Constantly charing

If I constantly charge my Samsung galaxy S2 (even tho battery is at 100%), does this decrease battery lifetime?

Not really... That was an old practice with older batteries. Now, current-gen batts don't care if you charge them mid-charge or run them out entirely or charge them constantly.

BTW: Unless you have a crappy 3rd party battery, it'll also have a protection circuit that stops the charge when the battery is full, so it won't overload.

You should NEVER run a modern day battery completely down... that will Damage it.
