Question Samsung Galaxy S24 Flashing and reinstalling OS

Hi Guys
I hope someone can help me understand if I have a chance to save a device I just bought.
So the bottom line is this:
Samsung S24 Ultra must have been flashed prior to my ownership and it is now operating as a Galaxy Note 7.
Is it possible to flash it again and reinstall the original Android software?
This phone is IMEI locked in Korea.
