Samsung Galaxy S3 - Best way to switch devices?

I just got a Straight Talk CDMA (Verizon) Samsung Galaxy S3. I'm switching from T-Mobile S3. What's the best way to move as much of my phone as possible from one device to the other? I've looked at Samsung Smart Switch and Kies Air, but what I'm really hoping for, since I'm sticking with the same type of phone, is a way to copy everything, including settings and apps (some of which have locally-saved information I want to keep) from one phone to the next, like the BlackBerry Switch Kit that you can download to your computer. Unfortunately, the phones aren't both running the same version of Android--both are Jelly Bean, but I installed the 4.3 update on the T-Mobile phone and the other one still has 4.1.2.

You could try using Helium from the Play Store. That seems to do a great job for backing up apps/data.
