Samsung Galaxy S3 is unable to connect to exchange 2010

I am trying to setup my new samsung galaxy s3 with exchange 2010. But after entering username, password and the server details. it gives a message "Unable to connect to server". I have no problem with S2 or iPhone. Internet is working fine on the phone. The exchange server address entered on the phone is correct
