Samsung Galaxy S3 - Lightflash on email notification

Just downloaded and updated to 4.3 and I'm loving it. One new thing that needs changed: The light/flash/bulb (used when taking pictures) flashes when a new email arrives. I can't seem to find where to disable it.

Suggestions?

I've seen that mentioned in various threads dealing with 4.3 - if you do a search for '4.3 issues' I'm sure you'll come across it.

Something about having to check and then uncheck an option - in Settings -> My device -> Accessibility, scroll to the bottom and find that option.

If not, turn the option on, reboot, then turn it off.
