Samsung Galaxy S3 major battery life problem

I used the Galaxy S3 and I seem to have a big problem. My phone's battery seems to be draining so fast , and when it is around the Twenty Percent left , it has some funny lines on the screen like a television cutting off due to some weather conditions. I have changed my battery many time (like 5 times) and I am now starting to think it is not the battery but the phone instead. Anyone who has the same experience , please help all with ideas , you are welcome to add your suggestions.

Are the batteries genuine Samsung batteries?

At this point I would try a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have problems
