Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini suddenly died, can I get some help?

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini suddenly died

My Galaxy S3 mini (GT-18190N) is 4 years old and I have never had any problems with it. Today it just died.
I have tried removing and reinstalling the battery but nothing. Also tried pressing Volume + start + home but still nothing.
Wondered if I should try buying a new battery or is it time for a new phone?
Can anyone help please?

It could be battery, or it could be something else. A repairer ought to be able to find out which.
