Samsung Galaxy s3 notification bar has been moved..how do I move it back?

Samsung Galaxy s3 notification bar has been moved...

When I am using my camera, the notification bar is now on the side of my phone, but only when I'm in the camera. How do I move it back up to the top? I tried swiping, rebooting the phone... can't figure it out.

Have u tried auto rotate?
