Hey i have a Sam Galaxy S4 and i'am sure that the phone must have 4G or the company i'am using?....please help suggestion.....great thanks

The S4 should be able to get 4g LTE. Who is your carrier?

Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>More>Mobile networks>Preferred network type, and make sure it's set to LTE.
