Samsung Galaxy S4 - How to update phone number

I got my phone number moved to a new SIM card, but the phone still registers the number that was originally on the SIM (the incorrect one) in the About Device section even though my phone number (the one I do want) has been transferred.

Mine is the same even with a replacement phone. I've never found it a problem.
