Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, connected to wifi but internet won't work?????

Hi i've had a samsung galaxy s4 mini for about a month now. It has always connected to my wifi and worked fine. I came home yesterday to find we'd had a powercut and now my phone is connected to wifi but when i go on apps like facebook etc. they wont refresh or do anything. I've noticed that on the wifi display at the top of my phone, the green arrow is lit up but not the orange one. I know its not the internet itself because my brothers phone and my iPod connect to the wifi. I'm wondering if the power cut has reset something or something has happened but I dont know what to do. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks

Disconnect the phone from the network and reconnect, that will probably fix your problem.

I have the same problem and after retyping my password of the WIFI, Reseting the Router, Reseting the phone the only thing that works is resetting the phone back to the factory hardware settings. Which makes me loose what ever information I have stored on my phone and the painstaking task of resetting everything on my cellphone. The real problem is... that this will happen again... and again. One moment everything is working fine with my cellphone, next I can connect to the wifi network but I have no internet access. What Can I do to FIX this once for all? Having to do factory reboot again and again makes me want to get another cell.
