I have samsung galaxy s4 i9500 (i am from Egypt ) now i have android 4.3 but i didn't like it so i want to install a room ... what is the best room i should install and how i could install it on my phone ?

You will have to root and flash a custom recovery to your device.

Not sure. Don't have an S4 and U.S. ROMs are different from international ones.
