What happens if i reset the phones miscellaneous

You would loose all the app data within the misc files, for example, if you have whatsapp installed, you would loose all the chats, shared/received files such as photos, videos etc. Wouldn't advise doing that unless you want to get rid of it!

One of my friends did this by mistake rather clearing the cache data they hit misc, and lost almost all photos from their phone
