Samsung Galaxy s5, car does not read me the text messages

[AC Question]

I have a new s5 it will Bluetooth to the car just fine. It will not sync with the car to read me out loud the text message and let me respond. I know both my Prius and my Ford allow and do this, as I just switched from a Windows phone that worked.
