Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos on CM 12.1 overheating problem

Hi,
I've been using my Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos on CM 12.1 for a while,but few days ago the phone's CPU and battery started to overheat!The CPU reaches temps to 176 F and the battery reaches temps to 106 F !
So,I would like to know,if this problem is due to a hardware or a software issue and would flashing the new Marshmallow stock ROM,which is available for my phone could solve the problem(or the CM 13)?
And what do you think,which OS is better for my phone the Marshmallow stock ROM or the CM 13 and please tell me which are the benefits of each one of them?

I am using the CM13 ROM at the moment. It has the latest security patches and is running very smoothly. Why not make a nandroid backup of your existing CM12.1 ROM and then flash CM13 and see what you think.

I flashed the Mokee ROM and it's great,but the device restarts when I am trying to make call (or receive a call)!What should I do to fix this problem?
