Samsung Galaxy S5 duos - problem with SMS recieve

Hello everybody,

I have this problem with my Samsung S5 phone. After some time I cannot receive SMS messages. Only solution is that I put battery off, wait for 10 sec and put it back in phone. Then after few days again with problem.

Android version is Lolipop 5.0.

Hi, I have the same problem, it seems that it's related to Lollipop update... I think we have to wait for the 5.1.1 update (in works now) and hope that it's fixed there... Anyway, the phone annoys me from time-to-time, it seems that there are massive problems in Lollipop 5.0, the phone has some problems after longer 'on' time - be it sms reception problems, or phone being not responsive to the home/on button... After restart the problem is gone...
I have also the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 WIFI with Lollipop 5.0.2 (also running 24/7 without restart) and there I didn't experience such problems, but it's only a WIFI version, so who knows...
