Samsung Galaxy S5 freezes when placed on Qi Wireless charger after update

Until last month's update, I've never had a problem with wireless charging my phone. Now, after the Lolipop update, it freezes just about every time I put it on there, except when either it's turned off, or in ultra power-saving mode.

Has anyone else encountered this?
