Samsung Galaxy S5 international auto capitalization does not work

This is a very minor problem that unfortunately bugs the living **** out of me. The problem is that in most of the apps i use (besides Google Chrome and Messaging app) the auto capitalization in the start of a sentence does not work. Yes, the setting for it is ticked of, but still, nothing.

I have tried truning the phone off and on again multiple time with no success.

PS! Recently updated to Android 6.0.1, do not know if it is usefull to know, but kow you do.
