Samsung galaxy S5 not recieving texts from one number
I recently got a Samsung galaxy s5 after having an s3 for two years everything is fine except that I can't recieve texts from one of my friends. She has a Nokia Lumia and I could recieve text messages from her on the s3 but can't on the s5.
Her number isn't blocked on my phone and her messages aren't going into my spam folder. I can see in my call log that she has text me but they don't show up in my inbox. I have deleted all the messages and deleted and re entered her number but nothing has changed.
