Samsung Galaxy s5 won't turn on

My phone is charged and the little blue indicator light is flashing but the phone won't turn on. What should I do? How do I take the battery out? Thanks!

I didn't check the link so forgive me if they cover what advice I give

Have you recently dropped the phone, dunked it in liquid, or had overheating issues??

Try holding down the power button for 30 seconds
You'll find a nail Nick on the edge of the phone, just place your fingernail under it &slowly peel off the back cover. Now you can remove the battery, replace it & see if the phone boots up.
If not it may be a hardware issue such as a bad motherboard ect...
the phone should still be under warranty so Id contact the carrier first have them take a look at it or contact Samsung.
